Key Changes to League Structure
- League Occupancy: Reduced to 28 people (four teams of seven), from 42 people (six teams of seven)
- Substitute Players: Weekly substitutions will not be allowed, however, players can be replaced for the remainder of the season at the organizers discretion
- Equipment Cleaning: Players will be responsible for cleaning the equipment on a rotating schedule, each team will be responsible for a week so there is accountability
- Sick Policy: Zero tolerance policy for any players who show up or play with symptoms, players who do not follow this rule are subject to league removal
- Household Players: Wherever possible, teams will be have members from the same household to limit individual bubble size
- Face Coverings: Face coverings (mask, bandana, panda helmet, etc.) that cover a player’s mouth and nose will be required at all times
- Headshots Rule: Limiting headshots by implementing a three strikes warning system (first headshot is a warning, second the player is out for the round, third the player is out for the evening)
- League Continuance: League can be shut down at a moments notice, per health regulations or should a COVID-19 outbreak occur
- Social Distancing: Maintaining social distancing (2 meters) whenever possible, including before, between, and after games
- Bathrooms: Shared bathrooms will be cleaned by league members after each session
- Guideline Acknowledgement: Requiring players to read and agree to specific COVID-19 guidelines when registering for a season
- Contract Tracing: Keeping track of player attendance for each week for contract tracing in the event a player becomes sick
